by close of the next business day.
Once I have answered your initial questions and we have scheduled your first session, please
download, print, and complete the new client form. Please bring it with you to our first appointment.
URGENT MESSAGES / IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
Please indicate in your voicemail that your call is of an urgent nature and I will return your call as soon
as I am able. We will schedule an appointment for you at my earliest opening.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, it is imperative that you call 911, or go to your local urgent care facility or hospital emergency room.
For individuals, I offer both 50-minute weekly sessions and 75-minute weekly sessions.
Workshops and Groups are uniquely structured with dates and times that are described on my WORKSHOPS page
PAYMENT / MISSED APPOINTMENTS
You may pay by cash, check, credit card, or health savings account debit card. Reimbursement for returned checks plus the bank NSF fee will be due at your next appointment.
Please honor my 24-hour cancellation policy: If the session is canceled in less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
I currently am not active on insurance panels. If you have confirmed that you have mental health coverage and would like reimbursement, I will provide you with a monthly super-bill for services rendered. Please note that I do not guarantee reimbursement and the amount reimbursed is determined by your plan.
